When PA assignments are given with minimum specifications of /48 IPv6 or /24 IPv4, RPKI / ROA is possible.

For IPv4/IPv6 PI space

When dealing with PI resources / prefixes, the end-user that the prefix has been assigned to may set up the RPKI themselves.
