Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary for us to require a client’s proof of identification. This is primarily to avoid fraudulent purchases.

Given the aforementioned statement, you may be asked to provide a photo or video of one or more of the following reasons:

• General Identification
  • Passport
  • Drivers License
  • Other government-issued identification
• Proof of Address
  • Utility Bill (No older than 3 months)
  • Phone/Internet Bill  (No older than 1 months)

To prevent the use of stolen credit cards, we may also ask for a photograph of the card used for payment.
You may cover the all details on the card except:

• Cardholder’s Name
• First + Last 4 digits
• Expiry date
